Strong experience in project development, project finance, trade facilitation, and public-private partnerships in developing countries, with a particular focus on Africa. Provides advisory services to a number of corporations with interests in agro-industry, renewable power, oil and gas, and major infrastructure investments, and has also provided advisory services to a number of African governments, US government agencies and international financial institutions.

Recognizing the need for a premium consultancy firm steeped in doing business in Africa, Dr.Nedelcovych founded AfricaGlobal in 1998 as part of the Schaffer Group of Companies with the late David Miller. In addition to his role as Chairman & CEO of AfricaGlobal, Dr. Nedelcovych is a Senior Advisor to the Initiative for Global Development (IGD) Invest Africa US and Aries Investissements. Dr. Nedelcovych serves on the Advisory Board of the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) and presently sits on the Boards of West Africa LNG, Schaffer International, Moodai International Bank, Fayus International, BO Group, Vista Bank Group, and the Niger Delta Partnership Initiative. He is a past Director and President of the CCA and Member of EXIM Bank’s Sub-Saharan Africa Advisory Committee. Dr. Nedelcovych served in the Administration of President George Bush from 1989 to 1993 as the U.S. Executive Director to the African Development Bank (AfDB) in Abidjan, Cote d’Ivoire where he was instrumental in formulating the “private sector initiative” at the AfDB, the African Business Roundtable and the African Export-Import Bank.
